  • Recipient Completed Document. This alerts you when a recipient has finished signing, enabling you to track document progress more efficiently and prevent any delays.
  • Recipient Viewed Document. Fill sends you a notification once a recipient views the document, providing you with better visibility and insights into recipient engagement.
  • Recipient Signed Document. This notification confirms when your recipient has signed the document, reducing uncertainty and follow-up time.

In Fill 5.2, you should be able to access our new toggle options, Allow Disposable Email and Required OTP, specifically designed to reduce errors and boost form submission success. These additional settings help prevent issues caused by incorrect or invalid email entries during form submission.

  • Allow Disposable Email. This setting controls whether users can submit forms with disposable or temporary email addresses, helping maintain data accuracy and communication integrity.
  • Required OTP (One-Time Password): When enabled, users must verify their email through a unique OTP sent to their inbox. This verification step ensures that the email entered is valid, reducing the chance of human error and enabling reliable delivery of PDF copies to the correct inbox.

Only You: Document Activity Tracking

Finally, Fill 5.2 introduces the new “Only You” Document Log, giving you precise tracking of all document activity. This audit trail includes two essential statuses:

  • Viewed. This tracks when a document is accessed, providing a clear record of when it was opened for review.
  • Modified. This logs any changes made to the document, offering complete visibility into edits and updates.
