Here’s how you can add custom branding to your electronic signature requests:

  1. If you’re already a Pro account user, simply sign in to your account via Fill web.
  2. Go to Settings > Tools and select Branding. The branding window should pop up. From there, you can change or update the default settings, including the logo and theme colors.
  3. To add a logo, upload a PNG or JPG file directly from your computer. You can also choose your preferred primary color and text color.
  4. In the email footer section, you can type in your preferred text (e.g., tagline, message, slogan, address, or contact number.)
  5. Preview the changes you’ve made. Once everything is set, click Save.

You must have a Fill Pro account to access the esignature branding feature. If you’re using a free account, you need to upgrade to a paid Pro monthly or yearly subscription. After upgrading, you can immediately access our branding feature via your account dashboard.

But what if you’re a paid Basic or Plus user? You still need to upgrade to Pro since these plans don’t include custom branding. Should you wish to try out this feature first, contact our sales team to request a demo or avail of our 7-day trial access.

To upgrade to a Pro account, simply follow these steps:

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Click on the Account Info tab next to the gear icon. You should see a list of available plans. From there, select Pro and click Change Plan.
  3. Proceed with the payment, and you’re done.

Yes. Every time you create a new form or electronic contract, you have the option to change the theme colors to match the overall look and feel of your brand.

Here are the steps for changing your form or contract’s default theme:

  1. Log in to Fill’s web app. On your account dashboard, go to Tools > Templates.
  2. Create a new template and specify whether it’s a form or contract.
  3. Once you see the document editor, go to the left-side menu and select Theme.
  4. Modify the text and document theme to your liking. You can set your desired text color, font, size, style, and line spacing.
  5. You can also update the page background color and adjust its background opacity.
  6. Save the changes you made.

You can access and reuse your customized template whenever you want.

To change how your email looks when it reaches your recipient’s inbox, you need to update the custom branding settings directly via Dashboard > Tools.
