Save Progress and Finish Online Forms Later
The latest update, Fill 5.0, adds new functionality that allows respondents to save their progress and complete the form later.
Note: This option is unavailable to guests if the Limit to 1 response setting is not activated. However, registered and logged-in users can save their work and finish the form at their convenience.
Enhanced Radio Button Fields On eSignature Documents
Fill 5.0 introduces a new set of radio button fields for eSignature documents, such as:
- Send Email. Based on the condition or the radio button option, this automatically sends an email notification when this field is filled in.
- Export as PDF (Offline Download). This allows the user to download the entire document as a PDF for offline access.
- Hide/Show Fields. This automatically hides or shows other fields based on the selected radio button option.
Platform Sync Status Indicators
No more second-guessing if your sync to other platforms was successful. In this new update, a sync icon will appear to confirm it.
Note: The icon’s appearance will vary depending on the platform used.
Enhanced Document Preview
With the release of Fill 5.0, managing and organizing your documents is easier than ever. In particular, the document preview feature now includes a Delete option, allowing you to delete documents directly from the preview screen.
Additionally, the user interface has been improved for a more streamlined and intuitive experience.
Template Management: Enhanced Search Functionality
Fill 5.0 simplifies finding the exact template you need with its new search functionality in the My Templates section. Instead of scrolling through each template manually, you can now quickly search by name or keyword, enhancing your template management efficiency.
Improved Document Assignment
In Fill 5.0, you’ll now find an Assign All option for eSignature documents, which displays the exact number of unassigned fields. Additionally, clicking Assign All shows the field options for the first unassigned field, further simplifying the assignment process.
Strikethrough Text in Table Cells
Experience greater flexibility in crafting and personalizing eSignature documents with our latest addition in Fill 5.0—the strikethrough formatting feature for table cells. Easily strike-through text to highlight revisions, make corrections, or remove content within table cells in just one click.
